At DFYNE, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

You may return eligible items within 60 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

For customers in the USA, returns are free and can be started through our online returns portal.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 18 days for returned items to reach our returns facility. Once received, refunds are normally processed within 5 working days.
