Shipping Policy

DFYNE provides tracked express shipping on eligible orders.

For Mainland USA, tracked express shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 working days. Shipping is $4.99 for orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold, with free shipping available from $65.

Orders placed before the applicable daily processing cutoff on Monday through Friday are generally dispatched the same day, subject to product availability and operational conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email. You can also check your order status through your customer account.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
